Documentary & Event Photography
Every event has its own story, but it's the people who bring that story to life. My approach to documentary and event photography is about capturing genuine moments as they unfold—unscripted conversations, quiet emotions, shared laughter, and the connections that make each gathering unique.
Rather than simply documenting what happened, I strive to create images that preserve the feeling of being there. Whether it's a community event, motorcycle rally, family celebration, or special occasion, my goal is to tell the story through authentic, timeless photographs that reflect the people, the atmosphere, and the memories that matter most.
I had no idea my friend would step onto the stage with an acoustic guitar and lead worship through song. It was a genuine surprise, and you could tell every chord and lyric came straight from his heart.
As I watched him sing, I wasn't thinking about camera settings or composition. I was simply trying to preserve the emotion of a very special moment. The editing style felt like the right choice to complement the mood and emotion of the performance, allowing the focus to remain on the heartfelt expression rather than the surroundings.
Each image captures a different expression, a different moment, and a different glimpse of heartfelt worship.
